Signature Face Lift

Less Saggy

Overview

Looking Less Saggy, Not Simply “Filling Lines”When patients look in the mirror and say, “My face looks saggy,” the concern is rarely just one wrinkle or one fold.

With ageing, the face undergoes changes at multiple levels. Collagen and elastin decrease, facial fat compartments change position and volume, and the ligaments and connective tissues that support the face gradually become less effective. As a result, the soft tissues can move downward and outward.

This can create a combination of changes: hollow temples, heavier eyelids, flatter or lower cheeks, deeper nasolabial folds and jowls.

These visible signs are the consequences of facial ageing, rather than isolated problems in themselves.

Simply filling a nasolabial fold, for example, may soften the fold but does not necessarily address the loss of support that contributed to its formation.

Our approach therefore begins with a different question:

“What has changed structurally to make the face look more saggy?”

By restoring support at carefully selected points, we aim to improve the overall position and balance of the facial tissues rather than simply adding volume to individual lines.

The goal is a face that looks less saggy, more supported and more youthful — while still looking like you.

Signs We Look To Improve

Our Structural Approach

Rather than treating each concern independently, we assess how the different areas of the face interact.

Strategically placed dermal filler can be used to restore support in key anatomical areas. This may allow the overlying tissues to sit in a more favourable position, improving several visible signs of ageing at the same time.

For example, supporting the cheeks may improve the appearance of the midface while also softening nasolabial folds and early jowling.

The treatment is therefore not about adding as much volume as possible. It is about identifying where support has been lost and replacing only what is necessary to restore facial balance.

What We Aim To Achieve

Less saggy

Rather than trying to eliminate every fold, we aim to improve the overall impression of facial descent.

More supported

Strategic placement can restore support to areas affected by age-related structural change.

More defined

Improved support may enhance cheek and jawline definition.

Still recognisably you

The goal is not to create a different face, but to restore aspects of your previous facial balance in a natural-looking way.

The Result

The ideal result is natural.

You may notice that your cheeks appear better supported, your jawline more defined and your face less heavy or descended — without being able to identify exactly what has been changed.

You, but better.
